Step 1: Visit the Parivahan Website

Other Services> Vehicles Relatedd Services
Select your state
Select Your RTO
Click to Proceed Button
Step 2: Select the Duplicate RC Option
Fill in the Required Details: Vehicle no. & Chassis Number
Using Mobile OTP
Click Here Generate OTP
Enter OTP
Select Reason for Duplicate Certificate
Click here Check Box and Confirm Details
Select Period Year
click here to submit button
select a payment method (option Select UPI)
Select UPI id / QR Code then Confirm
Scan QR Code then Done payment
Wait successful payment then auto proceed
Print and Save RC Payment Recept
